## PocketMonitor Privacy Policy

SHFTD Audio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how PocketMonitor and the PocketMonitor sender plugin handle information.

### 1. What PocketMonitor does
PocketMonitor allows audio from the PocketMonitor desktop sender plugin running on your Mac or Windows computer to be monitored on your mobile device over the same local Wi-Fi network.

### 2. Information we collect
PocketMonitor does not require you to create an account.

Depending on how you use the app, we may process the following limited information:

- Local network information needed to discover and connect to available PocketMonitor sender sources on your network
- Basic app state information such as connection state, trial usage state, and locally stored preferences
- Purchase and entitlement information provided through Apple and RevenueCat to determine access to PocketMonitor Pro features
- Diagnostic or crash information provided by Apple or platform services, if enabled by the platform

### 3. Audio and network data
PocketMonitor is designed to receive audio streamed from your own computer over your local network.

- Audio is transmitted between your devices on your local network for playback purposes
- We do not use PocketMonitor to create user accounts or publicly share your audio
- We do not intentionally collect or store your audio recordings on our own servers through normal app operation

### 4. Purchases
PocketMonitor may offer in-app purchases, including subscription and lifetime Pro access.

Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription and entitlement status. RevenueCat may process identifiers related to purchase validation and entitlement management.

### 5. How we use information
We use limited information only to:

- operate the app and connect it to the sender plugin
- provide audio monitoring functionality
- manage trial usage and Pro access
- restore purchases
- improve stability and support

### 6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information only with service providers that help operate the app, such as:

- Apple, for App Store purchases and platform services
- RevenueCat, for subscription and entitlement management

### 7. Data retention
Locally stored app state may remain on your device until you remove the app or clear app data. Purchase and entitlement records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their own policies.

### 8. Your choices
You can:

- stop using the app at any time
- remove the app from your device
- manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings
- contact us for support questions

### 9. Children’s privacy
PocketMonitor is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
